After graduating in Natural Sciences (110/110 cum laude) I obtained a PhD in Applied Botany with a thesis on invasive herbaceous species and their management methods.
In collaboration with the University of Genoa, I was involved mainly in research on urban green management techniques and on weed control, especially Parietaria judaica L.
I was involved in the editorial design and drafting of texts for scientific and popular publications, also in collaboration with other authors.
I also designed and implemented Environmental Education projects concerning the conservation of biodiversity and the dissemination of botanical sciences.
I’m working for Ligurian Regional Parks with regard to the Natura 2000 Community Network (SPA and SAC) with the drafting of technical and cartographic documents.
I have participated in Eurflora’s work since 1991.
