Getting to Genoa is Easy with Euroflora

Starting from the pre-Easter period, coinciding with the international plant and flower exhibition, to ensure smoother and more convenient traffic flow for visitors heading to the event, from Wednesday, April 16, all roadworks on the sections managed by Autostrade per l’Italia (Aspi) will be halted. This will guarantee at least two lanes in each direction on the A10 and A26 highways. A significant measure in the plan is the permanent removal of the lane switch between Lavagna and Sestri Levante, affecting the Santa Giulia, Sant’Anna, Del Fico, San Bernardo tunnels, and the Valle Ragone viaduct. Great news for Euroflora visitors, scheduled from April 24 to May 4.
Visitors arriving in Genoa and local residents can take advantage of:
Free Shuttle Service for Euroflora ticket holders, operating daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with departures from the following key locations:
• Viale Duca D’Aosta (in front of Genova Brignole railway station).
• Porto Antico – Caricamento (via Turati).
Urban Bus Lines: To easily reach the Euroflora venue at the Waterfront di Levante, the following public transport lines are available:
• Line 31: From the eastern part of the city or Genova Brignole railway station.
• Line 20: From Genova Principe railway station.
• Line 13: For those traveling from the Porto Antico area, departing from via Turati (near the San Giorgio metro stop), with the recommended stop at Saffi 5/Pescatori.
Tourist Buses: Designated parking for tourist buses is available in 93 spaces along Corso Aurelio Saffi and Corso Quadrio, areas close to the event, served by shuttles that will transport groups to the entrance. Once the 93 spaces are occupied, passengers from additional buses will disembark in Corso Marconi, while the buses can park in via Adamoli (or Corso Francia during football matches). The bus parking fee is €60, but parking is free for buses stationed at least 4 kilometers from the Waterfront di Levante.
Car Parking: The Waterfront parking areas are reserved for exhibitors and service vehicles. The primary recommendation is to use public transport.
As a new measure introduced by the Municipality of Genoa for the event period only, a flat daily parking rate of €12 for cars has been activated in the paid parking areas known as “summer blue islands” adjacent to Corso Italia. Flat rates will also be available in other city parking areas.
Euroflora ticket holders can benefit from a flat daily parking rate of €10 at the Saba parking lot at San Martino Hospital (Largo Rosanna Benzi) and reach the exhibition area using regular bus lines.
