General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online purchase of admission tickets for the Euroflora 2025 event through the website www.euroflora.genova.it
The sale is managed by Porto Antico di Genova S.p.A., which has entrusted the ticketing service to TicketOne S.p.A.
- Responsibility
The selection of dates and prices made available for purchase by Porto Antico di Genova S.p.A. is at its sole and exclusive discretion.
The website www.euroflora.genova.it provides users with the following services:
- Pre-sale of admission tickets.
- Provision of related and ancillary services necessary for the pre-sale process.
Users who utilize these services are required to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which must be carefully read and explicitly approved before completing any purchase transaction.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification at any time. Any updates or amendments will take effect upon their publication in the ‘Terms and Conditions’ section of the website www.euroflora.genova.it. Users are therefore encouraged to visit the site regularly to review the most current version of the General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
- Definitions
The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions. Terms defined in the singular shall equally apply in the plural, and vice versa:
- Organizer: Porto Antico di Genova S.p.A., with its registered office at Calata Molo Vecchio 15 – Magazzini del Cotone, Form 5/1, 16128 Genoa, Italy.
- Sales Platform Owner: TicketOne S.p.A., with its registered office at Via Fabio Filzi 29, Milan, Italy, which has been appointed by the Organizer to facilitate the sale of admission tickets through the website euroflora.genova.it.
- Event: Refers to the Euroflora 2025 event.
- Event Venue: Waterfront di Levante, Piazzale J.F. Kennedy, 1, 16128 Genoa, Italy.
- User: The individual who purchases admission tickets to the Event electronically.
- Holder of the Admission Ticket: The person who legally possesses an Admission Ticket purchased by the User in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
- Admission Ticket: The document issued by the Organizer through the sales platform, granting the holder admission to the Event Venue.
- Contract: The agreement between the User and the Organizer governing the purchase of Admission Tickets.
- Online Purchase Procedure
To complete a purchase, the User must follow these steps:
- Select the date for which you wish to purchase tickets.
- Select any additional options associated with the admission tickets.
- Select the applicable ticket type and price category, including any concessions, as indicated by the Organizer.
- Add tickets to the cart.
- Add any additional purchases (if applicable) to the cart.
- Select the preferred delivery/shipping method for the tickets, if applicable.
- Carefully review all purchase details in the summary.
- Provide all necessary data for identification, payment, and delivery (if applicable).
- Finalize the transaction by confirming the purchase and completing payment.
To complete the purchase process, the User may either enter their details directly at the checkout stage or register on the website if required by the nature of the event being purchased.
- Site Registration
Registration on the Site is free. To create an account, users must complete the designated form, providing accurate personal data as requested, along with a valid email address and a password.
Users are strictly prohibited from entering false, invented, fictitious, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate information during registration. Personal data must be truthful and correspond to the registrant. Information referring to third parties without authorization is not permitted.
Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, legal entity, company, or organization is also forbidden, even if the information provided is accurate.
Once registered, users can access their personal account to perform the following activities:
- Make purchases on the Site.
- Check the status of recent orders and review their complete order history.
- Manage and update their personal information at any time.
- Change their password as needed.
Registration credentials (email address and password) must be handled with care and kept confidential by the User. The credentials must not be shared or used by anyone other than the registered User.
- Rules for Using the ‘Re-booking’ Option
The ‘Re-booking’ option allows purchasers to change the visit date initially selected at the time of purchase.
Conditions for Use
- The visit date can only be modified once.
- Changes must be made exclusively online and cannot be processed at the event’s local ticket offices.
- The new date must be selected from the available options at the time the purchaser decides to make the change.
- Both the purchased ‘Re-booking’ option and the event ticket itself are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Ticket Pricing
Ticket Value: The ticket value is determined by the Organizer and includes two components, the cost of the admission ticket required to attend the Event, and any pre-sale fees. The pre-sale fee is a taxable amount owed to the Organizer, as stipulated, regulated, and clarified by the Ministry of Finance.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time. However, for purchases made through the Site, the price charged to the User will be the one indicated on the Site and in the order summary at the time of purchase. Any price changes (whether increases or decreases) made after the order has been placed will not be applied.
Additional Charges: In some cases, depending on the choices made by the User, additional charges related to the selected options may apply.
Total Amount: The total amount includes the price of all admission tickets, pre-sale fees, any additional charges. All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Please Note: The ticket value, pre-sale fees, and any additional charges are clearly indicated during every stage of the purchase process, in the order summary, and in the order confirmation email.
- Methods of Payment
The payment methods available for purchasing Admission Tickets are those displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure connections, and the necessary transaction data is transmitted directly to the designated payment processor to ensure safety and confidentiality.
In the event of a refund, for any reason, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same payment method used by the User for the original transaction.
- Delivery of Admission Tickets and Access to the Event
Admission Tickets purchased on the Site will be delivered via print@home in PDF format.
Tickets may be presented either in digital format (e.g., on a mobile device) or in printed form.
All Users must present a valid Admission Ticket to gain entry to the Event, and tickets are valid only for the designated day specified on the ticket.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the Event venue if the Admission Ticket shows any irregularities, or if it is damaged, deteriorated, or even partially illegible due to the User’s improper handling. Furthermore, for safety and security reasons, the Organizer may conduct personal checks on attendees.
- Postponed or Cancelled Event
Should the Event for which the User has purchased tickets be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified, the rules and procedures established in accordance with the law by the Organizer shall apply. The Organizer is the sole responsible for decisions regarding the Event.
Should the Event be cancelled, Porto Antico di Genova S.p.A. will issue a refund to the User. However, Porto Antico di Genova S.p.A. reserves the right to retain the pre-sale fees, as these are non-refundable.
- Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Upon payment, the User finalizes the purchase, thereby accepting and confirming all details related to the Event. The User is responsible for carefully verifying all data before completing the purchase.
For online sales, the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code is excluded.
Consequently, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications—whether partial or total—are permitted once the purchase is confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, requests for cancellation of the purchase, rescheduling visit dates (except where the ‘Re-booking’ option has been purchased), changes in ticket type or price category.
Tickets are valid exclusively for the selected date. No refunds or reimbursements will be granted under any circumstances if the User is unable to access or participate in the Event, including for justified or serious reasons or unforeseen impediments. This applies to the price of the event ticket, pre-sale fees, any additional costs incurred by the User (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract is governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Genoa.
