At the official presentation of the 2025 edition, Mauro Ferrando, President of Porto Antico Spa, expressed his pride in supporting the sector in all its components, in a new and comprehensive way.
“We are proud of the positive response from major players, the important new participants, and the even stronger presence of the Ministry of Agriculture, trade associations, and the enhanced activity of the ICE Agency. This edition marks a return to the spectacle of the former exhibition district transformed into the Waterfront of Levante, with its large spaces, variety, and comfort of an area that also offers ample covered areas.”
“The net exhibition area has almost tripled, going from 35,000 to 85,000 square meters. The number of gardens has also increased, with 144 compared to 90 in 2022. These gardens range in size from the smallest, but certainly very elegant, 18 square meter space of Orticolario, to the nearly 1,300 square meter outdoor garden of the Liguria Region. The number of landscape architecture projects selected for the Ars Urbana Competition has increased from 10 to 14. There has also been a rise in participation in the Green Market, an area in the Jean Nouvel Pavilion dedicated to the sale of plants, flowers, furniture, equipment, accessories, and natural products.”
