NIRP International’s exhibit space takes the form of an “Island of Exquisitely Scented Roses.” This enchanting island is home to beautiful specimens of patented rose bushes, all NIRP editions, encompassing various types: large-flowered roses, cluster-flowered roses, shrub roses, ground cover roses, and climbing roses. Visitors will be captivated by the countless variations in form and colour of these ever-blooming roses.
From turbinate and cupped buds to those in a romantic style, the roses display pure colours such as white, yellow, red, orange, and pink, as well as bi-colored varieties with the most unusual nuances and streaked roses that appear as if painted by an artist. The true attraction, however, will be the fragrance. The protagonists of the exhibition will be ” Le Profumatissime della Riviera dei Fiori” a collection of Hybrid Tea roses with a fabulous and intense perfume. Each of these varieties has a distinct fragrance that may evoke fruits like peach, apricot, pear, strawberry, or lemon, on a light base of vanilla, violet, anise, powder, or amber. A true ecstasy, like the Crazy Fashion®, Ragazza®, Grande Classe®, Anastasia®, and The Pride® varieties, to name just a few.
A very special space will be dedicated to a recent creation, born from a collaboration with the Garden Club of Genoa and launched at Euroflora 2022: “The Rose of Genoa.” This large-flowered bush variety, in white and red (the symbolic colours of the city of Genoa), will become a cheerful emblem of the Ligurian city in gardens and parks around the world.
