Euroflora 2025 will be held from 24 April to 4 May 2025 in Genoa’s new Eastern Waterfront district.

The ‘reborn’ Euroflora will welcome visitors to the new thirty-thousand-square-meter urban park, lead them to admire the spectacular cylinder inside the Palasport Pavilion, continue in the outdoor areas by the sea and then along a floating path consisting of 51 pontoons installed in the docks, and finally reach the large Jean Nouvel Pavilion, totalling an area equivalent to nearly 14 football fields.

Euroflora will be back to its original venue, the former fair and exhibition centre, which is currently undergoing extensive urban regeneration works based on a project by Genoa-born architect Renzo Piano.

WATERFRONT

Embracing Renzo Piano’s vision, the Waterfront di Levante project designed by RPBW and OBR aims to recreate a strong urbanity on the sea, addressing the theme of the Port starting from the city, redeveloping the abandoned areas of the former Fair.

It’s an urban patching, transforming what first was a backside with no view, occluded and disconnected from the city, into a new landmark on Genoa’s seafront, with new urban and port functions, both public and private. These include a large urban park, a new dock, residences, offices, student housing, retail facilities, the Pilot Tower and Casa della Vela.
